I am passionate about supporting children, youth, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and build on their strengths. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, social challenges, behavioural difficulties, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), and life transitions. I believe meaningful change happens through strong therapeutic relationships, practical skill-building, and genuine connection.

I also recognize that caregivers play a vital role in a child’s well-being. When appropriate, I work closely with parents and caregivers to provide support, education, and strategies that help foster growth and resilience beyond the therapy room.

My goal is to help children, youth, and families better understand themselves, develop confidence in their abilities, and build the tools they need to thrive.
